Job Title: Logistics and Shipping Coordinator - Power Transformer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Shipping Coordinator specializing in Power Transformers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics and shipping processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the logistics and shipping of power transformers, managing all aspects from production to delivery.
- Collaborate with production, inventory, and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely shipments.
- Plan and optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to facilitate international shipments.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements for domestic and international shipments.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address customer inquiries related to delivery timelines.
- Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management and warehouse organization.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and shipping operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics and shipping, preferably in the power transformer or heavy equipment industry.
- Familiarity with shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international trade documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in warehouse operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with ERP systems for inventory and order management.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS).
