You will work with customers in Canada, U.S. and overseas providing technical service and sales support for ERCO technology (chlorine dioxide, ERCO Smarts) and overall sodium chlorate business. Experience and knowledge may be leveraged to participate in design review meetings with Corporate Engineering.Duties & Responsibilities:Provides technical service (routine and emergency, by phone and in person) and system commissioning services to ERCO technology customers. Responds to queries of a general or specific nature and provides information.Participates in Chlorine Dioxide technology or sodium chlorate sales activity and assist with presentations and sales meetings. Assume Technical Service Lead role for critical chlorate customers and participate in strategic account meetings with customer senior leadership.Support for Spare Part Sales to Chlorine Dioxide technology customers. Identify opportunities to supply spare parts & replacement equipment during field visits and site inspections.
