Equity Staffing is searching for a Remote Call Center LPN preferably in EST. This position is with a Fortune 500 organization. Specific Duties:

• Assist in fielding inbound calls.
• Responsible for making outbound calls to schedule members for their preventative screening
• Address outstanding GAPs, Care of Older Adult Surveys, Telehealth Pre Calls and Post calls,

Must have qualifications/experience:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• Active/Current Licensed LPN
• Medical Terminology Knowledge
• Experience working in a fast paced team environment
• Great Multitasker
• Positive Attitude
• Good Typing Skills
• Great Customer Service Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal

Shift Start/End Time: 9-6 EST, 8-5 EST
