Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee the operations of our property. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the site, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations - Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants - Screen and process rental applications, including conducting background and credit checks - Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit refunds - Oversee property maintenance, including scheduling repairs and coordinating with contractors - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates - Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including rent payments and expenses Requirements: - Previous experience in property management or related field preferred - Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, legal requirements, and fair housing regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and file management - Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is a plus - Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants - Sales or administrative experience is desirable - Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is a plus - Familiarity with Yardi or other property management software is preferred We offer competitive pay for this position.
