As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure the efficient operation of our properties. Duties:
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance projects.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate administration or property management is preferred.
- Proficient in using property management software customer service skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in office administration
- Familiarity with contract management is desirable
