ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Agent - Tropical Palms Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.

Wha t you’ll do :

Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guestand member experiences.

Your job will include :

• Act as thepropertyliaison and provide guestsand members with information, responding to questions in person, via KIPSU text, and over the phone.
• Making reservations, checking guest reservations in and out, process payments and deposits.
• Conduct site checks and complete Rise & Shine Checklist
• Submit and follow through on maintenance and housekeeping requests to ensure guest satisfaction and office efficiency.
• Partner with your Supervisor and PropertyManager and communicate frequently toaddress inquiriesin a timely and professional manner.
• Prioritizecustomersatisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.

Experience & skills you need :

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1 yearsof experience in customer servicewithexceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
