- Accessing 3PL data portal on the daily basis to retrieve shipping documentation from the prior day.
- Download and store the electronic documentation on harddrive.
- Review packing slip for required fields, record findings in QuickBase.
- Upload all documentation to Procurement system.
- If necessary, participate in meetings related to this activity.
Must Haves:
- HS Diploma
- Proficient with MS Office
- Electronic data retrieval and filing
- Attention to detail
- Data comparison
- Strong communication skills
Nice to Have:
- ERP System Experience
