Team Overview
We are looking for a Product Lead to join our team in New Jersey working across our EquiLend Spire product, our cutting-edge SaaS Securities Finance platform as well as across our wider EquiLend product ecosystem. The EquiLend Spire mission is to deliver unparalleled functional capabilities and competitive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in the securities finance market.

In this role you will spearhead product initiatives working cross-functionally across our global teams in the US, EMEA, and India, working with a state-of-the-art platform that offers comprehensive solutions across all operational areas in the securities finance space. You will work with teams internally to design and ensure timely delivery of new products and features.

Role Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate a strategic product roadmap in collaboration with Sales, CRM, and Technology teams to understand requirements, set timelines and liase between delivery and software development.
• Responsible for integrating requirements into the roadmap and managing development requirements from multiple perspectives, including resource planning and requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of EquiLend Spire with other products across the EquiLend ecosystem, leveraging your collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Take input from across the business, synthesize and then build roadmaps with appropriate deadlines and staffing levels to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Conceptualize new features for EquiLend Spire by gaining an in-depth understanding of client requirements.
• Work with multiple team across our global offices to ensure roadmaps are scalable and aligned with business goals.
• Create a compelling client experience with EquiLend Spire, focusing on functionality, market coverage, and competitive TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
• Identify and prioritize product gaps, working closely with Technology and demonstrating problem-solving and analytical skills.
• When required engage with clients for market analysis.

Required Skills

• At least 10 years of relevant commercial experience in a product focused role
• Demonstrated expertise in product design, encompassing both functional and workflow aspects
• Previous experience liaising between software development and delivery teams
• Demonstrable experience with resource planning as well as setting and achieving product development timelines
• You have excellent project management skills and are process driven
• You are a problem-solver with the ability to break down large and complex problems into actionable deliverables
• You showcase exceptional motivation and influencing abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and verbal.
• An understanding of the global Securities Finance industry would be nice to have but not essential.
