EquiLend are looking for a Implementation Analyst to join our team in New Jersey! This exciting role offers you the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating the seamless and timely implementation of the EquiLend Spire platform for new and existing clients globally.

EquiLend Spire is a state of the art platform and technology driven hub for securities finance firms, featuring modules that cater to the specific client needs across the front, middle, and back office.

Your role will require you to leverage your excellent communication and organizational skills and in doing so play a crucial role in maintaining alignment among stakeholder groups throughout all stages of the implementation process, ensuring an outstanding client onboarding experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Work alongside internal and external front, middle and back office teams to ensure the successful implementation of the EquiLend Spire platform for clients
• Write user stories, participate in scrum calls, prioritize the backlog and sprint planning using tools such as JIRA
• Capture, document and maintain business and functional requirements, process and system flows, and test plans ensuring stakeholder alignment at all times
• Identify roadblocks on the pathway to completion and propose solutions and/or escalate accordingly
• Communicate key project updates to stakeholders at all levels in a concise and timely manner

Required Skills

• 2 years experience in the financial software industry in a similar role
• A base level understanding of Securities Borrowing / Lending woud be beneficial
• An analytical mindset and structured approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Flexible, adaptable and client focused approach
• Team player that works well with both technical and non-technical resources
