As a Technology Solutions Delivery Master at Equifax, you will lead collaborative efforts within the technical team to engineer sophisticated solutions that precisely align with product requirements and drive impactful results.

What you will do

• Facilitates advanced communication strategies across the organization to articulate platform solutions and detailed implementation plans.

• Drives strategic initiatives to optimize technical delivery across comprehensive end-to-end platform implementations/projects, focusing on enhancing highly integrated and complex ecosystems.

• Drive technical results and delivery of platform solutions in a dynamic, meaningful environment across all lines-of-business within Equifax

• Provides master consultation to internal domestic and international clients on both functional and technical dimensions of design, project execution, and deliverables, championing innovative technology solutions that accelerate market entry and drive revenue growth.

• Recognized as a Subject Matter within the company and is able to solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on Equifax’s business. Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view.

• Participates in the development of business strategy and develops and manages plans to achieve objectives.

What experience you need

• Bachelor’s degree in Math or Computer Sciences with a focus on Statistics and Analytics, or similar field

• 10 years of experience in designing, building, supporting, and managing IT applications/projects

• 15 years of relevant work experience, including previous functional and/or technical solution architecture experience on a team/project

• Previous experience working with integrations

• Experience developing with additional platforms/languages a plus (Java, .NET, Python, etc)

• Experience delivering against key achievements and managing a project team/plan

• Knowledgeable in release management and code deployment activities/processes

• Understand how to deliver capabilities on platform specific products.

• Significant experience with end-to-end development and expertise across the specific platform, including experience delivering complex solutions via both declarative and customization aspects.

• Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred
