Epstein Properties, a local Commercial Real Estate Property Management Company is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a group of properties within a large portfolio of office, retail, industrial and residential properties located in the greater Bangor area.
Epstein Properties is looking for a management level candidate that is ready to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Epstein Properties prides itself on developing and maintaining exceptional tenant retention through building excellent tenant relationships. The Property Manager has a primary responsibility of managing an assigned group of residential and commercial properties. As part of our management team, you will evaluate maintenance and capital improvements needs, coordinate building & site improvement projects, as well as supervise staff.
Requirements include:
· Associates degree and/or 5 years of related experience
· Computer proficiency & ability to learn property management software system
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
· Ability to organize and execute multiple projects simultaneously
· Problem-solving, time management, & presentation skills
· Demonstrated and evaluated ability to work independently or in a team environment
· Must be able to read building plans
· Read and understand various legal documents
Epstein Properties will provide on the job specialized training for the right candidate.
This is a full-time, 8am - 5pm position, with competitive salary and benefit package.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel is primarily local during the business day.
