Overview

Epstein is seeking a Marketing Assistant to work with our Marketing and Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of marketing experience preferably in the Architectural and/or Engineering industry.

General Responsibilities

• Collaborates with technical staff on proposal strategy, content and production
• Assists in the production of marketing collateral including resumes, project pages, presentations, large format printing, and advertisements
• Communicates with consultants and facilitates proposal deliverables
• Maintain marketing collateral library
• Maintain various tracking logs including professional licensures, certifications, etc.
• Maintain and update project information in CRM database
• Develop and prepare social media content
• Create and initiate marketing campaigns.
• Provides graphic and content development/support to the Business Development Managers for RFQ and RFP responses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications/Journalism, Arts or related fields preferred
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Strong graphic design abilities including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with Unanet is a plus
• Outstanding writing and editing skills with a knack for a succinct, to the point style
• High attention to detail with excellent organization
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication
• Maintains the ability to effectively handle multiple deadlines of varying priorities
• Enthusiastic, proactive and dedicated to the role and tasks at hand
• Ability to collaborate with various disciplines, stakeholders and company market sectors
