Member Engagement Coordinator - long-term temp (temp-to-hire potential)

Industry: Healthcare Association

Location: Downtown Chicago (MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK HYBRID)

Proof of COVID vaccination required.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

Reaching out to C-Suite NFP organizations via telephone and email

Calendar management/extensive scheduling in Outlook

Setting up Teams calls

Meeting logistics - create and pack materials for shipping

Composing/editing correspondence

Additional project coordinator/administrative tasks, as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience liaising with C-Suite executives in a corporate environment

Previous experience working within a non-profit/association a plus

Outstanding oral/written (write, edit, proofread) communication acumen

Polished, professional, friendly demeanor with customer service focus

Good follow-thru and strong attention to detail

Intermediate - advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams

Experience working with Cvent, AMS, and Adobe Acrobat Pro a plus

Tech savvy, interested in new challenges
