A leading provider of home healthcare services in New York, is seeking an exceptional Head of Business Development to drive our growth strategy and expand our footprint across the region.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of over 20 home care marketing professionals, spearheading the company's business development initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to acquire new clients, forge partnerships, and increase our market share within the home healthcare industry.
Responsibilities :
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of marketing and business development professionals to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, clinical services, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, effectively positioning it as a market leader.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and community organizations.
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics, continuously optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in business development, marketing, or sales roles within the healthcare industry, preferably in the home healthcare or related sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth strategies that drive revenue and market share expansion.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
