Epsilon Data Interactive, Inc. is Hiring a Client service coordinator Near Franklin, TN

3000 Meridian Boulevard, Franklin, TN, 37067, USA

He or she should have 2 years of Direct Marketing experience coordinating direct mail and / or email marketing programs.

Experience handling multi-channel programs is a plus. Working with automotive clients is also a plus.His or her interpersonal communication skills should be able to manage a variety of situations, both positive and negative, for both client and internal contacts.

Our Account Executives work with a variety of internal teams including but not limited to : CreativeData processingAnalyticsProductionHe or she will work out of both our Epsilon office and client offices in Franklin TN.

The successful Account Executive will work and coordinate with internal Epsilon teams across the country.The Account Executive should be able to utilize their previous experience and good communication skills to manage the projects he or she is responsible for.

He or she will be responsible for completing tasks for various marketing programs on time and within client budget : Lead development of new creative and ensure that creative is on target with planCoordinating approvals of advertising both internally and at all client levelsUpdating process documents for campaign executionParticipate in project planning and schedulingMaintain libraries of advertisement and process documents updating as necessaryChecking counts and data elements for campaign deploymentExecute programs with production and digital development teams ensuring mail dates are metCarefully proofing direct mail proofs and test emailsBuilding and analyzing reports for accurate campaign resultsPresenting status logs of all current projects to internal teams and the client and providing meeting recapsManage billing and purchase ordersContinuously learning all aspects of the client business to :

Gain client confidenceCome up with process and program improvements and new ideasCommunicate potential pitfalls, delays, and have proposed solutionsLearn and grow

Most importantly, the successful Account Executive we are looking for will work with account team management to continue to grow the confidence and good will we have with our automotive client.

Other Preferred Experience (not mentioned above) : Software skills :

Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Adobe Acrobat a plus

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or CommunicationsGrowing project management skillsMulti-tasking with many programs running concurrentlyExperience with data files and various data file layouts is a plusExcellent written and verbal communicationsAble to work independently, self-starter, with strong initiativeAble to work 8 : 30AM - 5 : 00PM CST in a team environment.

Two days required to be in the Franklin, TN office, normally Tues and Wed.Additional Information
