EPS is Hiring a Sales Executive LA/OC (Staffing) Near Los Angeles, CA

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective customer engagement and strategic business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outside sales activities to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Focus on technology sales, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform account management duties to retain and grow existing client accounts.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or related field.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for sales tracking.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
- Demonstrated success in technology sales or a related industry is a plus.
