We are currently seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Seamers are skilled in setting up and operating seaming machines. They ensure smooth production by adjusting and changing over can seamers as needed.
• Quality Control: Seamers inspect the finished product to ensure it meets quality standards. They verify proper seam formation and address any issues promptly.
• Maintenance: Regular maintenance tasks include lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments to rollers or other small parts. They also assist mechanics during preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Downtime Management: Seamers request scheduled downtime when necessary for maintenance or adjustments.
• Safety and Compliance: Operators adhere to safety protocols and company policies, ensuring a safe work environment.
