PROGRAM/ PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Permanent Hire.
Location: East, TX- Onsite 5 days a week.
International travel may be required.
The Program/ Portfolio manager has the overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of multiple concurrent projects and programs. Along with project management skills, the program manager should also have experience in partnering with the business. The program manager will be managing the schedule, directing resources-both EPMA & Client’s, and coordinating team members primarily remote throughout the US, Europe and Asia in order to deliver projects/program according to plan. The program manager is a team player with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. While demonstrating a strong desire for quality and attention to detail, the program manager should also have excellent problem solving and organizational skills. Along with demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to change, the program manager should adhere to strong change management disciplines.
