• Lead the efforts for ML/AI/Generative AI work with business and cross functional IT teams.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of the technology roadmap and implementation approach.
• Provides first-level support to incidents that require the AI team’s inclusion.
• Evaluate, design, implement, and support new AI architecture and existing solutions.
• Participation in project delivery work, including device configuration, planning, and vendor coordination.
• Document AI architectures, design decisions, and technical specifications for reference and knowledge sharing.
• Promote best practices in AI through knowledge sharing and training sessions.
• Participate in code review sessions and provide technical guidance and mentoring to other team members.

• Proven track record (3-5 years) of designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience delivering AI-enabled solutions (Machine Learning, General AI, or Generative AI).
• At least 5-7 years proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience with Microsoft Azure (OpenAI, Cosmos DB, API Manager, App Insights, Cognitive Search).
• At least 3-5 years’ experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power BI).
• Experience with LLMs (GPT 3.5, GPT 4).
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
• Good organization skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently while achieving deadlines and effectively communicating project status.
• Effective oral and written communication skills including technical documentation and training materials.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve processes.
