• In conjunction with supervisor, team members and residents, assists in planning, implementing, leading and evaluating the activity programs of assigned communities to help in meeting the needs of our residents. Works with supervisor and Transportation Coordinator in the planning of monthly trips. Encourages resident participation in activities within individual capabilities.
• Welcomes new residents and encourages them to engage with activities that appeal to them as they are able.
• Provides calendar of planned events to Volunteer Coordinator and Activities & Volunteer Supervisor.
• Ensures that the appropriate management team members are informed and current on scheduled plans and events, and encourages all team members to participate in and assist with large gatherings.
• Provides outstanding customer service to all customers in accordance with ERS’s expectations and values.
