Pay: $23.13 - $30.30 per hour full benefits

What Makes This Position Special? Under the direction of the Sales & Marketing Director, is responsible for supporting all efforts of the Marketing & Sales Department by providing administrative support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answers incoming phone line and will be required to get all pertinent information from calling party for appropriate follow through.
  • Assists the sales staff with follow up on all prospects that visit the community.
  • Maintains and coordinates schedule for tours, outreach visits, meetings for the Sales & Marketing Department.
  • Clerical support including data entry, generating reports, preparing marketing collateral packages, making copies, organizing presentation folders, preparing admission packages, ensuring that all paperwork is processed through the proper departments.

The Skills You’ll Need:2 year experience in an administrative support role, experience with large event management preferred. Must be highly efficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience using database programs, such as REPs, preferred. Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
