Epiphany Wellness is hiring a Business Development Manager to manage the execution of all Admissions processes and referral facilitation. This role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless admissions process bridging the communication between our admissions department and our outreach department so that they work as one.

This role will be responsible for ensuring all clients meet financial and clinical eligibility for admission in to an Epiphany Wellness treatment program. This role will also be responsible referring patients to a partnered facility when necessary.

The ideal Candidate for this position will have previous experience in an admissions or business development role at a behavioral/mental health treatment facility.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise/Schedule New Client Intakes
• Accurate CRM/EMR Data input and auditing
• Oversight of all admissions inquiries from all digital campaigns and from referring facilities
• Assisting with patient queries and admissions procedures.
• Assuring all insurance benefits are verified and leads are financially eligible for admission
• Supervision of Exclusionary and Red flag process for Clinical/Medical approvals
• Coordinating transportation, scheduling, and any other Admissions needs for intake
• Auditing of calls, data entry, and documentation to ensure SOP is followed
• Oversight on all Referral facilitation to ensure a smooth referral transition
• On-Call and After hours availability as needed
• Development and roll out of Alumni follow up process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Experience working in KIPU EMR, Salesforce CRM, and Call Tracking preferred
• Must be a self-starter, organized and have an ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient Google Suite or Microsoft Office software preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
