If so, Epicurean Catering is currently seeking Front of House Captains to join our team. For 40 years, Epicurean has defined five star service and hospitality in Colorado.

Captains are responsible for the service execution of our events and managing front of house team members (servers, bartenders, buffet attendants, leads). Epicurean events will happen any day at any time and the hours are flexible. We serve guests breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or cocktail hour; shift availability based on event times.

Duties:

• Manage service event site
• Review event BEO and pull equipment and decor
• Buffet design for all occasions
• Lead by example
• Must be flexible to changing timelines
• Proactive problem solving
• Aid in staff development and training per service and hospitality standards
• Delegation of tasks to staff
• May be asked to assist the kitchen with the plate up

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record, comfort driving box trucks on a regular basis

• Comfortable driving trucks (up to 20 footers)

• 3 years of experience in hospitality industry required
• 1 year of management in hospitality or similar field required

• Must be able to push/pull/lift heavy and bulky items on a regular basis

• Open availability preferred

• Time management skills

• Ability to work as a team, but also independently to execute events

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
