Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - LPN I

Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F

Length: 13 Weeks

With on-call week day and weekend and holiday rotation - just 1 weekend per month and rotate holidays

Requirements:

• IL License
• Current and unencumbered license to practice as a practical nurse specific to that state the employee is assigned to work by the Company
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Current BLS certification
• Must have home health experience

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
