Length : 13 weeks

On-Call Requirement: A total of approximately 7 Days a month

Requirements:

• WV License
• 1 year experience
• Surgical Scrub experience
• Must have travel experience
• Experience with endovascular procedures such as: EVARs, Angiograms, Venograms, Neurovascular interventions (thrombectomy, embolization, etc.), IR procedures
• BLS
• ARRT
• Vascular Intervention Cert preferred
• Hybrid OR experience preferred but not required

• No first-time travelers accepted
• 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)
