Epic Property Management is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Saint Joseph, MO
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for handling tenant and property manager repair requests in a timely and efficient manner. Tasks will require moderate to heavy physical labor. Experience with construction, drywall repairs, plumbing, electric, and basic HVAC knowledge is preferred.
Working schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with inclusion in night/weekend on call rotation for emergency maintenance. Work location is Mitchell Park Plaza and The Lofts at 415 in St. Joseph, MO.
Pay is is dependent on work history and job experience. We require a minimum of 2 years property maintenance experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
