Salary: $20-$25 * Needs to be able to communicate to all staff. Communication with office is extremely important. The field supervisor is an important link between the crews out in the field and the office. Communication is 50% of this job. * Needs to have some experience with irrigation, and the lawn care industry. * Have some experience supervising/managing people. * This position will require you to work out in the field some days, mowing, trimming, helping with irrigation, applications and/or the shop. * Work with crew leads * Be at the shop in the morning to get each crew going for the day, check in with each crew mid day and be at the shop to check out with each crew. * Review work orders for the day and give advice and suggestions where needed and how best to do each job. * Property checks * Check on a few commercial & residential properties randomly, each week, for quality check. Take pictures so those can be gone over during weekly meeting. * Address customer needs * Pro-actively resolve customer complaints * Organizing and carry out emergency jobs or last minute requests * Help keep shop orderly and enforce policies * Communicate with mechanic about equipment * Help company move in direction of growth. We are looking to expand the company and need people here that are willing put in the work and work together with the office when things get tough.
