Our beautiful nursing home, nestled in the heart of Cincinnati, OH, is committed to providing top-quality care and attention to the dietary needs of our residents. We are currently seeking a dedicated Dietary Manager to join our team and oversee our dietary services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan nutritious and appealing menus that meet dietary requirements and preferences.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Lead and inspire the dietary staff, providing training and guidance to ensure the highest level of service.
- Monitor and track the nutritional needs and preferences of residents, making adjustments to menus as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all dietary regulations and guidelines, including food safety and sanitation.
- Assist in the development and management of the dietary budget.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dietary management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements for seniors.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
