About Us:
Astoria Park Senior Living is a thriving community dedicated to providing exceptional senior living experiences. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with residents' dietary needs.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
Collaborate with the culinary team to meet residents' preferences and dietary restrictions.
Provide excellent customer service to residents during meal times.
Maintain inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or similar role is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow dietary restrictions and preferences.
Requirements:
Updated food handler's certificate.
Willingness to undergo training in food safety and dietary requirements.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
