Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in our warehouse and shop, including fabrication, assembly, and general maintenance. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge and a passion for working with hand and power tools.

Duties:
- Assist with fabricating and assembling products according to specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop area
- Operate a forklift to move materials and products as needed
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and counting items
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or shop setting is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is required
- Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable
- Experience operating a forklift is a plus

Skills:
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to fabricate and assemble products accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
