A Springfield based company is looking to hire a Manager for their Steady Maintenance Division to manage and maintain customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
Customer Relations, ensuring client satisfaction
Assist clients with questions regarding job specs, schedule, billing etc
Walk the jobs and give walk through’s for new jobs
Upsells
Recruiting and hiring employees
Creating schedules for employees and jobsites
Manage the employee’s with their day to day schedule
Review weekly payroll for field team
Tracking and managing inventory / supply orders
Creating and managing periodical work calendar
Reading and being familiar with client scopesRequired Skills and Competencies
Attention to Detail is paramount for cross checking and follow-up
Composed, diplomatic and professional
Phone skills
Friendly and outgoing
Customer Focus - Motivated to satisfy clients
Experience using time tracking, CRM/PO systems
Fluent/Conversational in Spanish
1-3 years experience in the janitorial field
Familiarity with all cleaning and janitorial processes and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
