We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join an innovative company in the U.S. Federal Government construction & service industry.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager (OM) to organize and oversee the daily operations of our company. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. The OM is responsible for profitably managing all business development, administrative, and field construction activities related to EPC s Hawaii operations. This position creates, establishes, and maintains successful policies and procedures.
The OM is expected to improve efficiency and increase profits while managing the overall operations of the company.
OM duties include managing staff, overseeing the budget, overseeing the safety department, employing marketing strategies, and many other facets of the business.
The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities. OM must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business.
The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company s operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.
