ep energy is Hiring an Operator, Lease Near Dilley, TX

Adhere to all Safety and Environmental policies and procedures. Utilize the Bluebook and HSER handbook for guidance.
Conduct production surveillance on wells for assigned route. Use SCADA, XSPOC and P2 each morning to identify wells off trend to prioritize day by production impact.
Operate / maintain wells to optimize production rates and control costs. Understand cost structure.
Perform thorough operations and maintenance checks on all production facility equipment related to assigned route during each visit.
Perform repairs and maintenance on all equipment or report to Supervisor if assistance is needed.
Accurately record production and injection reports at the end of each day and enter into Field Operator.
Communicate daily with Lead Operator or Supervisor to discuss HSER, production variances and daily activity.
Utilize POC’s for production performance and pump efficiency. (If applicable)
Keep all production facilities clean and orderly. Inspect secondary containments for integrity and equipment for leaks on each site visit.
Maintain assigned vehicle and keep in good working condition. This includes regular oil changes and keeping vehicle clean both inside and out.
Demonstrate clear leadership qualities such as flexibility, cooperation, positive attitude, good judgment and strong written and verbal communication skills
Operate / maintain compression equipment to optimize runtime & efficiency
Operate / maintain dehydrator to meet gas quality requirements
Operate/maintain water disposal systems in accordance with regulatory requirements
Operate gathering pipeline – monitor pressure, perform ROW surveillance, assist with water removal by pigging of line or draining pipeline drips.
Operate / maintain fluid/gas separation and associated equipment.
