We will be asking you to take our Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments through Predictive Index, you will be automatically prompted to take the Assessment as part of the online Application process.
This is a 2-part Assessment, the first part is a Behavioral Assessment and takes about 3 minutes. The second Assessment is a Cognitive Assessment that takes 12 minutes. Don't be nervous, this isn't a test, there is no "pass" or "fail"! It's simply an Assessment that will help us ensure we consider you for a position best suited for you. It will also be used to help us ensure you are most effectively trained and developed so that you thrive and grow should you join EōS.
Please be prepared to dedicate 20-25 minutes, uninterrupted, to the Application process. We understand that you might be busy so if you do not have the time now, you may want to consider coming back to our Career's page when you can dedicate the time.

EōS Fitness is looking for a Fitness Services Representative who will focus on our personal training packages for all our members. The ideal candidate must have the desire to become a proficient user of systems, possess excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, and demanding work environment. EōS Fitness is expanding our team and implementing this new role to support all our current and future members! This personal will report to our Membership Agreement Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality customer service to all our members.
- Answering and assisting with all member phone calls and emails.
- Assist the members with any billing questions or inquiries they may have.
- Support members with canceling their PT sessions when needed.
- Handle all customer feedback and partner with aligning departments.
- Process orders and collect payments.
- Submit FMX tickets needed to successfully perform duties on the job.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Fitness industry knowledge and experience a plus!
- Must be proficient in Excel.
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours a week.
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork
- Attention to detail.
- Must successfully pass background check.
