Envoy Solutions is Hiring a Receiving Supervisor - 1st Shift Near Glenview, IL
Position Overview
Receiving Supervisor to lead the team responsible for all inbound freight across all divisions within North American.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30AM – 2:30PM No Scheduled Weekends!

Responsibilities include:
- Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules and expedite workflow.
- Manage workload to achieve objections while minimizing overtime hours
- Supervise compliance of receiving practices with established company policies and standards
- Train new employees on proper procedure
- Oversee that all orders are received accurately in our system and put away in correctly assigned bin locations
- Ensure all vendors & carriers follow and achieve North American’s receiving requirements
- Assist to solve problems and make informed decisions affecting service and productivity of receiving area.
- Ensure the receiving area remains clean and organized
- Maintain record-keeping procedures for the department, which will also include payroll, scheduling vacations etc...
The ideal candidate will have:
- Two to three years of warehouse lead, and or supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of control, shipping, and receiving procedures required.
- Data entry skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
