Position Overview

We are currently searching for a Program Manager with a superior skillset in the areas of technical program management, project administration and business communications. This key position will support the Commercials division by leading the implementation, development, and production of the Price Optimizer system. The role will rely on effective collaboration with Pricing, Data Science, IT and Sales Operations teams. The Program Manager will need to demonstrate leadership capabilities, organizational change management, as well as technical and business acumen.

Responsibilities Include:

• Plan, direct and execute project management activities for implementation of the Price Optimizer system at all affiliate companies, across the organization.
• Foster relationships with third-party vendors to continuously improve upon the accuracy and delivery of Price Optimization guidance.
• Analyze and report on the outcomes of the Price Optimizer program, including engagement, acceptance rates and financial performance.
• Capture new functional requirements from users, leadership system performance analysis.
• Create technical change requests, route to the appropriate team for development, and manage the timing, communications, and process flow of implementation.
• On a monthly cadence:
  • Release Price Optimizer guidance records and ensure delivery to various pricing applications and through Excel.
  • Collect and validate end-user Price Optimizer decisions.
  • Report on performance and forecast financial impacts.
• Support Price Optimize end-users by fielding questions and directing feedback to technical teams.
• Develop a strong familiarity with the technology architectures used by the Price Optimizer and upstream/downstream information systems.
• Apply data storytelling methodologies to articulate findings and recommendations to various audiences in visually appealing and easily consumable presentations.
• Perform inferential deep-dive analysis on items of interest or curiosity that appear during daily activities and present findings of note to the Director of Business Analytics.
• Fulfilling ad-hoc report requests and as-needed support for systems and tools.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5 - 7 years of experience of technical program administration
• 5 - 7 years of experience managing implementation projects
• Advanced Microsoft Office applications experience, particularly Excel
• Strong communication skills across all levels of organization.
• Ability to drive a cross-functional internal team through the change management process.
