Job Title: Front Desk Manager
Location: North Scottsdale, AZ (near East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: Dependent on Experience
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, 401K, and PTO)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!
Job Description:
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the multiple disciplinary functions of the administrative team from front desk to patient care and logistics. This position will work to evaluate the current process for opportunities to improve, hold team members accountable for high-level accuracy, provide impeccable customer service, and encourage a positive team-centric environment.
We are looking for an independent individual with proven managerial and leadership skills who strives for excellence by understanding their responsibilities and coaching their team to take ownership of their roles. This professional will teach and support superb standards of serving patients above and beyond the norm.
