Job Summary:
Envision Toyota of Milpitas is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Office Assistant. This Full Time position is ideal for someone who has a passion for the automotive industry and is looking for a career in an administrative role. The Business Office Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our business office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a Full Time, individual contributor role with a salary of $20 to $25 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to competitive compensation, Envision Toyota of Milpitas offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers
• Prepare and process various paperwork, including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
• Maintain and update records, including client files, financial records, and employee records
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is preferred
• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Availability:
-Monday through Friday and possibly some weekends
