Job Description
Envision your future with us! Envision is a Cincinnati-based non-profit agency providing support services to individuals with disabilities for more than 60 years. We are currently seeking a part-time Facility Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance/repair/upkeep for the Main Campus of Envision in Monfort Heights (3030 West Fork Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45211) & provide light maintenance, landscaping, & painting services to Envision’s surrounding group homes.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma/ GED and minimum of 2 years of experience
- Previous building/facility maintenance experience (prefer 3 years experience)
- Knowledge of methods, materials, equipment, and safety rules related to maintenance/repairs
- Valid driver’s license with less than 5 points on the driving record, and have current auto insurance
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to organize work and to solve maintenance problems in an efficient and timely manner
- Ability to work with others to plan, coordinate and/or complete tasks
- Willingness to learn new skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and have the dexterity sufficient to perform the manual tasks involved
