Tasks are included but not limited to:

• Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting.

• Register and assign guests to hotel rooms using the Property Management System

• Establish method of payment and verify credit for check ins.
• Make and confirm reservations via phone and in person.
• Use the Property Management System to perform the night audit function including verification of payment and rate for all rooms.
• Transmit, receive messages, and wake up calls using telephones or PMS system.
• Reconcile credit card payments between the PMS and payment processor.

• Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Perform security and safety checks throughout the shift.
• Maintain safety of self, guests and company owned property at all times.
• Complete Light Housekeeping Duties in the Lobby Area including but not limited to mopping, dusting, sweeping and window/door glass cleaning.

• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and take appropriate steps to resolve any guest issues immediately
• Communication and documentation of vital shift information via email to other team member and General Manager every worked shift.
