Envision Healthcare at Home was established in 2005 by six healthcare professionals who wanted to make a difference in their community.

We are growing and we are currently seeking a caring and empathetic On Call Night Registered Nurse, who loves providing quality care to patients and families in the Denver area including homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities.

This position would have an on-call schedule 7 days on and 7 days off. The hours will be from 5:00 pm – 8:30 am.

On-Call Night Nurse Duties: 

• Make patient visits
• Coordinating all aspects of the interdisciplinary care and services provided to hospice patients and their families.
• Provides education to families and caregivers.
• Develops, implements, and reviews healthcare plans.
• Advocates for patients and their families
• Symptom management
• Promoting comfort and quality of life.

Requirements:

• Current RN license to practice in the State of WA.
• Current WA driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience with at least one year in hospice or home health preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrate excellent observation, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills, and nursing skills per the competency checklist.
• Shows ability to organize and prioritize workload independently.
