Envision Ford and Lincoln of Duarte is looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to add to our team! We are seeking an experienced, high energy, dynamic, and positive personality who is a team player!

Professional attire (e.g. Shirt/Tie) is required, a copy of your resume, and a pen is required for you to bring with you.

Position Requirements:

• Sell Cars Close Deals!
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performance sales team, setting clear objectives and providing regular performance feedback.
• Operational Management: Oversee sales operations to ensure targets are met, optimizing processes and implementing effective sales tools and methodologies.
• Customer Experience: Uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction, managing relationships and ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Position Qualifications:

• Substantial experience in automotive sales and management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire peak performance
• Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying market trends and adapting strategies accordingly
• Commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow up skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver license required and good driving record
• Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
• Desire and ability to learn all things Ford Lincoln
• Prepared to do on-the-job training
• Strong character and work ethic
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
