What we’re looking for:

As the Warehouse Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Additionally, you will lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately, timely, and safely.

Please note, this position is a 2nd shift, working 3:00PM - 12:00AM and Saturdays 9:00AM - 5:00PM; days off will be Sundays and another selected day during the week .

What you’ll do (including, but not limited to): 

• Supervise the day-to-day productivity of warehouse staff.
• Oversee the receiving, storing, and organizing of incoming stock.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Optimize warehouse organization for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle and aid in the resolution of any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
• Assist in regular reporting on warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment, and productivity metrics.

What you’ll bring to the role: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role or similar position.
• Fluent in verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient with inventory management systems and software.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
