What we’re looking for:

As a NetSuite Administrator you will provide hands-on expertise for Envision Cold's ERP (Oracle’s NetSuite) and will lead solutions design, analysis, administration, delivery, and support. You will work with all levels of management and process owners (Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Production, Graphics, Marketing, Quality) to manage operational aspects of NetSuite with a focus on system configuration, administration, standardization, development, data integration, data quality and technical issue resolution.

This position is fully remote, but will require travel to locations in the U.S. and Canada as needed. Candidates must reside in the U.S., ideally near a major airport to accommodate travel needs.

What you’ll do (including, but not limited to): 

• Partner with cross-functional business process owners to elicit functional and non-functional requirements and potential streamlining opportunities.
• Review, analyze, debug, and modify certain elements of the ERP for better usability.
• Provide ERP functional, configuration and development expertise for Finance and Sales
• Assist the business with validating results through testing including integration and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date technical, functional and process documentation.
• Design and implement NetSuite's CPQ functionality.
• Manage system integrations between NetSuite and other applications, such as CRM, e-commerce, and financial systems.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 support in a timely manner via IT help-desk system.
• Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on ERP usage including training, when required.
• Perform and own regular test and production environment refreshes and other data refresh activities.
• Design and generate reports that support better decision-making cross-functionally.

What you’ll bring to the role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3 years relevant experience as a functional consultant for Oracle’s NetSuite.
• Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SuiteTalk, or other integration tools.
• Experience implementing Oracle's NetSuite CPQ module.
• Minimum 2 years of Oracle’s NetSuite development experience.
• Demonstrated full-life cycle ERP experience (Oracle NetSuite).
