Position Description: EnviroSmart Inc. is seeking a Federal Program Manager (FPM) with responsibility for the direct management and development of our facility operations support services portfolio that are financially supported by the federal government. We are a Woman-Owned Small Business providing facility operations support, maintenance/repair, construction, and various environmental services for the federal government across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Performance metrics will be measured based on safety, quality, and value for the federal division as well as growth. General responsibilities include:
Reports to: President of the Company
Location: Southeast/Mid-Atlantic. Not required to work from Corporate office.
Experience:
Specialties: Business Development, Capture Management, Proposal Development, Program/Project Management, Organizational leadership, Pipeline Development, Competitive Analysis, Strategic Team Alliance Development.
