Qualifications:

• 1 years of sales experience, ideally in an outside or door-to-door environment or in the pest control industry
• Experience prospecting and upselling are a bonus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• The ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and prioritize tasks are important to your success.
• If you have previous experience in pest control, whether in selling or servicing, that is a bonus
• If you have prior experience selling/servicing in

HVAC, solar, internet, cable, running an independent route, face-to-face customer service, or other types of in-home technician experience, we strongly encourage you to apply

• You must be 18 or over
• You must have a current valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities Include:

Sales Generation

• Generate leads and opportunities through various channels, primarily through door to door.

• Identify pest control needs via thorough property inspection while recommending appropriate solutions.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Create and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Address customer needs promptly, ensuring customer needs are met with high satisfaction.

• Provide consistent support to ensure customer retention
