Enviro-Master Services of DC Metro is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Laurel, MD

Enviro-Master Services of Washington, DC has an immediate need for a full time, Office Administrator / Office Manager. If you are an experienced professional that likes to work in a hands-on, detail oriented, customer focused environment we invite you to apply.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work directly under the General Manager and Operations Team
Attend all weekly meetings (on-site and conference calls)
Customer account maintenance in QuickBooks
Assist management team with hiring and onboarding of new employees
Process changes to current customer services, products and all pricing in QuickBooks and RSO (Routing Software)
Monitor service routes to ensure all customers are serviced on the assigned scheduled day
Ensure that all customer issues or concerns are directed to the Operations Team and reviewed daily with the General Manager
Conduct quality control calls ensuring customers are satisfied with current services, and direct concerns/issues to the Operations Team and General Manager
Manage the weekly Accounts Receivables with the corporate AR Rep and review
weekly with the General Manager
Manage outstanding COD’s using company process
Post payments received and COD daily
Organize office to ensure a professional appearance that meets or exceeds requirements
Track employee attendance, sick and personal days, vacations
Process daily and end-of-week paperwork, to include route close-out and management reports
Oversee warehouse and inventory management
Provide management team analysis of customer data
Order office supplies
Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Working knowledge of QuickBooks (required) (3 years preferred)
Working knowledge of accounting and payroll processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel experience or equivalent required)
Ability to analyze data and present in a meaningful format
Willingness to lead and solve problems

Coachable, adaptable, enjoys learning, willing to "jump in" and solve problems.

Clear and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels and build cross-functional relationships
Take charge positive attitude.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma
At least three (3) years in an office manager or bookkeeper roll.
Bilingual skills are a plus!
