As an outbound-focused Enterprise Account Executive at env0, you will be a crucial member of our high-performing sales team, responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with enterprise-level clients. Your focus will be on showcasing the value of our innovative solutions, exceeding revenue targets, and expanding our market presence.

env0 automates and simplifies the governance of cloud deployments for Terraform, Terragrunt, and IaC frameworks, offering collaborative remote-run workflow management. Our innovative solution addresses the need for provisioning and compliance with changing cloud resources. env0 enables users and teams to jointly share configuration templates using remote state file storage to prevent drifts and accelerate code deployment. env0 integrates with CI/CD pipelines and VCS tools and delivers full CLI support to ensure a smooth, flawless process.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of demonstrated success in enterprise-level technical sales within the SaaS and Cloud industry or DevOps tools space.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining close relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
  • A proficiency in consultative selling techniques, and a strategic mindset to address complex customer challenges effectively.
  • A solid understanding of the cloud infrastructure management landscape, DevOps tools, and relevant industry trends.
  • A results-driven mentality with a history of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong team orientation, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Ability to work in an on-site model from our Boston office
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target, and cultivate new enterprise-level accounts while expanding existing ones to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans that align with client needs and business objectives, resulting in long-term partnerships.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client pain points, propose tailored solutions, and articulate our value proposition effectively.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and driving customer loyalty.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and successful deal closure.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a small team of SDRs.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, SDRs, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Advantages:
  • Experience in IaC or code management/security.
  • Experience in Terraform, Cloudformation, Kubernetes, or VCS tools.
