General Summary of Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print
- Coordinate and manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met on budget
- Manage third party advertising/marketing partners and production vendors
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all channels
- Create and edit marketing content, such as social media posts, email campaigns, blog posts and print materials
- Assist in the organization and promotion of events, webinars, and trade shows
- Coordinate public relations including press releases, awards, and company announcements
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to propose innovative marketing ideas
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a marketing role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Analytics - familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Basic knowledge of graphic design, print and video production
