**Job Summary:**

Have you just "survived" another tax season of working 70 hours per week? Our accountants have just thrived during a tax season not working 70 hours per week. We are seeking a detailed growth-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports that assist our clients in making well informed and timely business decisions.

**Duties:**

- Perform general ledger reconciliation and maintain financial records

- Assist in financial management tasks, including budgeting and forecasting

- Prepare tax documents and ensure compliance with tax regulations

- Prepare all types of tax returns

- Conduct technical accounting research as needed

- Collaborate with your clients on various financial projects

**Skills:**

- First consideration give to those possessing a CPA or EA

- Strong tax knowledge including tax regulations and reporting requirements

- Experience in general ledger reconciliation

- Previous experience is mandatory

- Financial management skills with a keen eye for detail

- Sound financial acumen and understanding of financial statements

- Exposure to public accounting practices is mandatory

- Ability to handle technical accounting tasks effectively and efficiently

Pay: $65,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
